As far as I know biofeedback therapy was opened in the USA in 1970s. It was inspired by such techniques as yoga , wushu, chi gong etc. But unlike these ancient techniques biofeedback doesn’t need long time to learn how to control your emotions and feelings. There hundreds of different methods included in biofeedback therapy and they are really helpful.
The biofeedback methods include music, aromatherapy, manipulation with pictures, films etc. There are also special simulators which help to control your emotions.
